The Canadian Pacific District operates under two authority structures.
Its primary identity comes from being a regional District of The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada. As such it functions under a District Constitution that has been adopted by the General Assembly of the C&MA in Canada, our highest legislative body. The biennial District Conference is the legislative body of the District under this structure.
Second, the District is incorporated as a Society in the Province of British Columbia and, as such, is accountable to the Government of BC through the Registrar of Companies. The Society holds an annual General Meeting, as required by the Society Act and has adopted Bylaws as required by the Act that are not in conflict with its Constitution.
District Executive Committee (DEXCOM)
The District Executive Committee is the name given to the Board of Directors of the Society.
District Manual
Policies approved by DEXCOM to guide the functioning of the District are contained in the District Manual.
