It's that time of year again, for Local Churches to report on their Statistics to the National Ministry Centre, for the year ending December 31, 2009. Statistics can be entered online but must be inputed by Friday February 13, 2010!
To complete your Local Church Annual Reports:
Please email the district office cpdoffice@cmacpd.bc.ca if you need the login page for the Local Church Annual Reports.
-Choose your church from the drop down menu on that page.
-Enter your name in the second box.
-Enter your personal e-mail address so you can be sent a copy of the report
-Enter your church phone number in the last box.
-Then click login to proceed to the LCAR Form on the next page.
-Take a look through the whol form before you start to fill it out and contact churchstats@cmacan.org if you have questions. After it is completed, you MUST click on the SUBMIT FORM button. THIS MAY TAKE A MINUTE OR TWO TO UPLOAD. A pop-up message will confirm the submission.
-A copy of the completed report will be forwarded to your personal email address. Please take a moment to insure that the submitted statistics are accurate. Changes can be made up until February 13, 2010 on your submitted form.
