The District Office has a RISO copier (RP3100). The copier would be of interest to churches with high-volume (200+) weekly copying of bulletins, bulletin inserts and other community mailouts. It is equipped with a computer interface to allow printing directly from a computer. Cost per page is a fraction of that using conventional photocopiers, and it saves wear and tear on photocopiers that run hot and are designed for short runs.
The unit is in excellent shape. Purchased new (demo unit) for a discounted price of $14,250 in fall 2003 and includes two supplementary colour rollers. Unit was regularly serviced by RISO Canada. Set-up and training can be arranged with RISO. Click here to see the specs on the machine.
