Our Vision is to establish a network of strategic and relational alliances between Christian workers for the purpose of producing spiritual renewal and dynamic church health.
Pastoral Networks are safe, supportive, inspirational and empowering mentoring environments for Christian leaders, equipping and encouraging them in their passion to pursue God, and lead their congregations to be Great Commission and Great Commandment focused. Safe Environment: Grace-filled gatherings promote healing, embrace brokenness, insist on confidentiality and offer hope-filled encouragement.
Authentic Relationships: Transparency, vulnerability and accountability are vital to authentic healthy community.
Peer Mentoring: A desire to learn from others as well as a willingness to invest in others promotes excellence in life and ministry.
Strategic Thinking: We are better together in dreaming, planning and implementing Great Commission and Great Commandment strategies.
Commitment: Strategic and relational networks are not optional. They are vital to the releasing of our maximum life and ministry potential.
