"God has given me a passion to help inidviduals and groups of people become and do all that God desires of them".  God has provided Steve with many opportunities in various settings for this to take place including ministering in a church setting as Associate Pastor, serving in several Christian CAmp parachurch organizations, advising in several Financial Service companies and starting a successful Industrial steam boiler business.
"I now have the privilege of helping facilitate seamless link relationships between churches and International Workers so that in unity, we can reach the least reached people of the world for Christ".  Steve believes this is accomplished in a team environment with local churches, International Workers and Global Ministries combining their strengths and God given vision.

Harold Priebe: Strategic Partner, Missions

Harold Priebe will be serving as the Lead Pastor at Victoria Pacific Rim Alliance Church, but will also be assisting Steve Foster, in a part time consultant role. His three areas of focus are the Vision Trips (promoting and expediting on -site exposure in Alliance missions for CPD pastors), International Worker Care (providing assistance in caring for our district IW's when they return on home assignment), and Short Term Missions (assisting with cross cultural preparation for on site ministry trips).
