Job Purpose

The primary role within the position of the Assciate Pastor is to assist the Lead Pastor along with the Elders in the equipping of the people of God for the ministry of God in the community and beyond.  This person will work directly with, and oversees, Youth and Chindren's Ministry in recruitment, vision casting, training of lay leaders and serving as a resource and direct link to parents.
