The Way Community Church in Richmond BC is looking for a Family Life Pastor. Primary responsibilities will be to give active leadership to our children's and youth ministries. The person selected for this position will have two part-time staff reporting to them in assisting them with the great opportunities in growing and developing this ministry.
The Way is a five year old church plant that began in a restaurant, transitioned to a theatre and now has a permanent Sunday location in an ideally situated High School which is three blocks from our offices and ministry. We are located 30 seconds from Steveston and Highway #99. The Way Community Church is passionate about connecting with children youth and families. The person for this position will love kids and teens and have an innate ability to connect with them and their parents.
