The ordination committee shall examine and ordain qualified candidates for the Christian ministry in accordance with the Uniform Policy on Ordination of The Christian & Missionary Alliance in Canada.

Important Ordination Announcement dated December 9, 2009
** We have been working hard the last several months to modify and strengthen the experience of ordinands as they move through the ordination process. For those just entering the process, we are beginning in the new year, a procedure that puts ordinands into a learning cohort and brings them together twice a year for two years at an Ordination Retreat, where high caliber teaching and interaction on a variety of critical subjects will take place. We believe this will strengthen the leadership training and personal experience aspects for ordinands. We're asking for the support of Senior Pastors and Boards toward those on staff who will be entering the program. These ordinands will grow in ways that will benefit not only themselves but the churches they serve.
