Burnout isn't inevitable in ministry life. With timely, preventative care, individuals and couples can be renewed and equipped for a long life of service. An Oasis Ministry Health-Check Workshop creates the atmosphere for open and honest conversation, and provides teaching and skill building opportunities to increase personal ministry health and satisfaction.
