Living Waters Canada invites you to hear Darrell and Sharon Johnson share their story of their son Alex.  In the summer of 2009, Alex took his own life.  On April 9, 2010, Darrell and Sharon will talk about their devastating loss and their journey with Alex - from an orphanage in Moscow, through a fall from a 120-foot cliff, through the process of rebuilding his life, and then his suicide.

We're honoured to be able to offer this evening to you.  The Johnsons have chosen to use this event to tell the story of Alex's life in order to point out the need for ministries such as Living Waters Canada.

Want to help young people take on the challenge of living in the world today? Then come to 'A Thousand Whys' on April 9 when Darrell Johnson, senior pastor of First Baptist Church in Vancouver, and his wife, Sharon, will launch a trust fund to honour their son and to expand The River - the Living Waters Canada ministry to youth. Hear why the Johnsons want to equip young people, and how you can support Living Waters.
