The Canadian Pacific District Leadership Team is excited to announce the addition of Rev. Dr. Kar-Park Chan as a Part-Time Assistant District Superintendent with a focus on Chinese Ministries. Dr. Chan (Kar-Park) has served the Richmond Chinese Alliance Church for the past 16 years as Senior Pastor and 21 years in total on staff, with passion and commitment. He will finish his ministry at RCAC on December 31, 2009 and will join the District team on January 1, 2010. Kar-Park will be focusing on the areas of Church Planting, Church Health, Leadership Development and Pastoral Care primarily in our Chinese congregations. He will also serve the broader District church family as well, bringing fresh enthusiasm and experience to enhance our overall District environment.
