Nanaimo Alliance has a humble beginning as a church plant from Victoria Pacific Rim Alliance. A few families came regularly and started praying about the property we now own as a lighthouse for Jesus in this city. Two or three renovations and add ons have taken place over the years but now we have a brand new facility with modern sanctuary and full Christian education space to advance our future ministry in this city.
Our prayer over the past eighteen months has been - "What next Lord?" With clear direction and fabulous co-operation on so many fronts we have a facility that is affordable and attractive. A facility that is functional and adaptable as we look ahead to the coming opportunities to prove that we exist for a purpose. We want to glorify the Lord and edify the saints and reach the lost for the kingdom of God.
We praised the Lord with a full house with literally standing room only on September 15. We are trusting the Lord for a fresh encounter with His Spirit that will empower us for the days just ahead.
