30 years ago (and even earlier) a group of visionary people in Sicamous saw the need for a Christian ministry building to be opened at the corner of Kappel and Highway 97. Having built upon Sunday School and Bible Study ministries begun in the 1940s they followed the Lord's leading to purchase land and construct the building pictured here. By the Lord's enabling the building opened, debt free, on the 19th of August 1979. Over the years since, the building and its people have served Sicamous in a variety of ways. On September 26th the Church celebrated 30 years of ministry there! May God bless the 30 years and more still to come!
