The new national Life Long Learning website is now active and ready for use. It is a location where you can record your activities in ongoing learning and development. As it builds over time, you can also have a transcript printed out for such purposes as annual performance reviews or to attach to your resume when you are looking for new ministry locations. Because it is a national database, it is transportable regardless of which Alliance District you serve in. To set up your own account on the website, please use the following steps:
- Go to www.learning4life.ca
- Login name is your work/primary email address
- Password will be your last name and the last four (4) digits of your work/primary phone number.
- Passwords are case sensitive and must include at least one letter and at least one number. After three (3) failed attempts to log in a user will be locked out of the system for 30 minutes. Clicking on "Forgotten Password" will email a one-time use password to the email address we have on file for the user. International Workers one-time use password will be sent to the administrator for Global Ministries. Workers will need to contact the administrator to obtain a new password.
- If you cannot log in please contact Kim Olynyk in the District Office to verify that your correct email address and phone number is the one on file.
- As soon as you log in you will be prompted to accept the website terms of use and then you can change your password.
